KWSP

Kwsp2A few days ago, I went to KWSP (Kumpulan Wang Simpana Pekerja) to settle some issue and I was indeed impressed with their new look!  The building was refurbished, the counters looks nice and the help desk looks professional.  In addition to that, they have the machine to allow you to print an up-to-date statement of account just by placing your thumb on the thumb-print reader.  They have indeed changed!  I would give them a 5-star status!  Until I went to talk to the security guard…

Sam : Excuse me, where’s the washroom?
Guard : Apa?
Sam : Toilet.
Guard : Sini tak ada toilet.  You boleh pergi toilet kat coffee shop sana. Pinjam mereka punya.

There goes the 5-star status.  Flushed down the toilet bowl at the coffee shop next door…

    They have toilets for their own staff. Not for public. So much for public service, huh? I actually go around the area and there isn’t any!
